BILL KELLY
Director of Information Technologies, Vision Service Plan
Bill Kelly is the Director of Information Technologies at VSP. Mr. Kelly served on the UCD
Extension Advisory Board and the Board of Directors for North Ridge Country Club. Bill is a
native Californian and has lived in the Sacramento area for most of his life. His compassion
for children and dedication to giving back to his community reflects in the commitment he has
made to Stanford Home.
ED MOSBAUGH
Regional Vice President, AT&T
Ed Mosbaugh leads a team of over 150 people that sell and support AT&T services for the
California State Government and E-911 Community. Mr. Mosbaugh has over twenty years of
experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Mosbaugh also serves on the Board of E911
for Kids whose goal is to teach young children why, when and how to call 911 in emergencies.
Mr. Mosbaugh contributes his skills and time to allow at-risk and underprivileged children an
opportunity to improve their lives.
DAVID SMITH
President, Eagle Ridge Construction & Roofing, Inc.
David Smith is President and principal owner of Eagle Ridge Construction & Roofing, Inc. Eagle Ridge
is a repeat Top 25 Roofing Contractor as reported by Sacramento Business Journal. Eagle Ridge services
clients throughout northern and southern California. After periods of involvement with nationwide charitable
organizations, Dave felt his efforts would better serve the Sacramento community if he focused on a local,
community-based organization. Dave chose Stanford Home for Children as they have an excellent reputation
and strong focus on "at-risk" children and their families.
FAITH GALATI
Owner, Park Place Marketing
Faith Galati is the owner of Park Place Marketing. She has served on numerous Boards,
including Mercy Hospital Community Council, Arts and Business Council, Shriner's Kids Day,
Citrus Heights Chamber, and the Credit Union Executive Society. Mrs. Galati has a personal
passion for emancipating foster youth. She worked to create a documentary about the plight
of Sacramento youth who must leave the foster system at age 18. The documentary was co-produced
by Ross and Campbell and KVIE. She was also instrumental in assessing the financial literacy
needs of Solano County's high school students, and providing a supplemental curriculum. Mrs.
Galati and her family are active supporters of the Stanford Home for Children and are dedicated
to improving the lives of the children, and assuring a lifetime of success.
ERIC GOTO
Senior Strategy Consultant and Market Maker, Aaron Read & Associates, LLC
Eric Goto serves as a Public Sector Business Development Strategist and Market Maker for the
Government Relations firm of Aaron Read & Associates. With a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from CSU Chico, he’s
been providing business development and business consulting experience to major commercial
accounts and government entities since 1986. A native of Roseville, California, Mr. Goto has
witnessed extensive growth in the Greater Sacramento area over the last four decades. He
recognizes the significant value organizations like Stanford Home offer the community and
appreciates the opportunity to positively affect the lives of at risk children and their families.
In addition to volunteering for our agency, he dedicates time coaching youth sports in the community.
BOB O'NEILL
Principal, KPMG LLP
Robert T. O'Neill is a Principal with KPMG LLP in its Sacramento office. He is a member of
the firm's Public Sector Practice and has responsibility for the State of California Account.
Mr. O'Neill has over 25 years of experience providing management consulting services to state
and local government agencies in California and throughout the nation. Mr. O'Neill formerly
served as the Executive Director of the Commission on California State Government Organization
and Economy, also known as the "Little Hoover Commission". In additional, Mr. O'Neill had five
years of experience with the California Auditor General's Office.
Mr. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Colby College in Waterville,
Maine and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from California State University,
Sacramento. Mr. O'Neill is an active member of the community, who formerly served as Vice
President for Government Affairs for the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. He also
is currently a Board Member of the Greater Sacramento YMCA Foundations.

Jay Alan
KFBK
Jay Alan is the co-host of the KFBK Afternoon News with Kitty O'Neal and Jay Alan, consistently one of the top-rated radio shows not only in its 4-7pm time slot, but among all of Sacramento radio. Jay is also a frequent fill-in radio talk show host. Before Newstalk 1530 KFBK, Jay spent three years as anchor of the FOX 40 News at 10, and almost a decade as one of the main anchors for the CBS TV station in Phoenix, Arizona. A native of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Jay graduated from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. Jay has three daughters, Breanne, 18, Morgan, 16, and Shelby, 11 who live in the Phoenix area. Jay is married to Laura Fowler, a local mortgage executive. Jay and Laura live in Fair Oaks.

Scott works for Norandex/Reynolds as their Branch Manger. He has been actively involved in the community for the past 13 years. In May of 2007, Scott attempted to jump on a pogo stick for a consecutive 24 hours to break the World Record, and help raise awareness and money for Stanford Home for Children. Scott's efforts and record-breaking pogo attempt are unique and valiant.

Gene Endicott
Endicott Communications
Gene recently launched Endicott Communications, Inc. with his wife, Trisa Endicott. The company provides government relations, community relations, and external and internal communications consulting services for businesses, associations and non-profit organizations. Gene holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and resides in Roseville, Calif. He and Trisa have two children, son Andrew and daughter Julia. He is an American Leadership Forum senior fellow, a member of the City of Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission, serves on the board of directors of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and United Way California Capital Region, and is a youth sports coach.

Jaclyn is currently the Sr. Vice President of Elk Grove Insurance. She purchased the agency with two partners and it has been a roller coaster ever since. Jaclyn has been in the insurance industry for over 13 years.

Dana graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with an MBA. She has been with SBC for 24 years where she currently manages a large engineering group responsible for installation project management of switch and transport technologies within Northern California.
Garry Maisel

Garry serves as the President and CEO of Western Health Advantage (WHA), a not-for-profit, provider sponsored health maintenance organization. He has been with the company from its inception. Prior to joining WHA, Garry served as the VP of Operations of Omni Healthcare. Additionally, he has 10 years of experience in the field of banking and finance where he has served in numerous capacities, including that of CFO. Garry sits on the Board of the California Association of Health Plans and also serves as Vice President of the Board for the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts at the University of California, Davis.

Michelle oversees Public Affairs at The Sacramento Bee. She is responsible for charitable contributions, community event sponsorships, outreach projects and Sacramento Bee produced events. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Ballet and the Sacramento Public Library Foundation. She also serves on the CSPC Corporate Volunteer Council.

Ruth Wimberly

Ruth is a Human Resources Director. She has over 16 years professional Human Resources experience with financial and educational enterprises and public agencies. In addition, Ruth has experience as a secondary and adult educator, and in community relations. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She actively volunteers for community events and mentors at Women's Empowerment.
