Volunteer

Community members play a vital role in the fulfillment of our mission. As a volunteer, your time and dedication are integral to the success of the services we provide to children and families in turmoil. There are many ways you can join with Stanford Home for Children to ensure that each child referred to us gets a chance to turn his or her young life around and become a productive, proud, and capable member of our community.

Current Opportunities

1) Emancipation Kit Shopper
Troubled youth will fail if they are abandoned to face adulthood alone at the age of 18. We provide a kit to each of our emancipating youth to ensure they will not come home to an empty apartment. We need volunteers to take youth shopping for their household supplies.

2) Pogo Stick-A-Thon Event
