Description: Qualifications:

  • Six months administrative/clerical experience required

  • Three to six months experience in medical billing/QA setting

  • Excellent data entry

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prepare, and audit files

  • Demonstrated understanding of billing process

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications

  • Strong computer skills

  • Work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast paced, high interruption environment

  • Excellent at multi-tasking

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Good communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of staff in a professional manner

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and learn new systems and processes


Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Specialist provides administrative and clerical support to the QA Manager and program staff. This position performs a wide variety of clerical, analytical and support duties.
