Description:	Qualifications: Six months administrative/clerical experience required Three to six months experience in medical billing/QA setting Excellent data entry Demonstrated ability to organize, prepare, and audit files Demonstrated understanding of billing process Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications Strong computer skills Work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast paced, high interruption environment Excellent at multi-tasking Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Excellent organizational skills Good communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of staff in a professional manner Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and learn new systems and processes Job Description: The Quality Assurance Specialist provides administrative and clerical support to the QA Manager and program staff. This position performs a wide variety of clerical, analytical and support duties.
